Turnaround Engineering Leader - Major Asset Projects

LyondellBasell seeks a Turnaround Engineering Manager in Houston, TX to lead turnaround engineering, project integration, and early scope development across multiple events. You will oversee engineering readiness, capital and expense work integration, and ensure on-time delivery of milestones. You will manage a team of engineers and designers, coordinate with site leadership, and drive governance to achieve safety, cost, scope, and schedule goals while traveling domestically as needed.
