ABiLITY is hiring a Transportation Driver to support individuals with developmental disabilities through safe transportation, community activities, and life-enrichment programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, prefers a predictable weekday schedule, and likes a mix of driving and hands-on support. What You'll Do:
  • Safely transport individuals to and from programs and community activities using agency vehicles
  • Support individuals during community outings, recreation, and social activities
  • Assist with Special Olympics practices and events as needed
  • Complete simple daily documentation and transportation logs
What We're Looking For:
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Age 25+High school diploma or GEDValid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
  • State minimum auto insurance coverage
  • Class E (Chauffeur's) License or willingness to obtainwe help you get it!
  • Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical (agency paid)
  • Four years of personal driving experience
  • Willingness to complete paid CPR, First Aid, CPI, and Medication Aide training
