Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of 8+ technicians Coordinate repair schedules and workflow for commercial appliance maintenance Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status and issues Train and mentor technicians in repair techniques and safety protocols Oversee inventory management for parts and tools Provide technical support and problem diagnosis for complex repairs Disassemble and reassemble devices with precision and care Enforce safety compliance throughout the repair process
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in appliance repair Technical certification in appliance repair or related field Expertise in appliance repair, electrical systems, and troubleshooting Proven team leadership and customer service skills Strong time management and inventory oversight abilities Knowledge of safety compliance standards
