Real Estate Financial Analyst The Real Estate Financial Analyst will support the financial management of a federal tenant portfolio through rent-roll management, revenue forecasting, pricing analysis, cost recovery, financial reconciliation, and scenario modeling.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain tenant rent rolls.
  • Forecast recurring tenant revenue.
  • Analyze vacancy and underutilized-space financial impacts.
  • Support occupancy pricing and cost-recovery analyses.
  • Prepare tenant rent and service calculations.
  • Analyze operating costs and building-specific charges.
  • Analyze security, parking, tenant improvement, amortization, and reimbursable services.
  • Review tenant charges against approved agreements.
  • Identify discrepancies between occupancy, billing, and financial records.
  • Prepare revenue, expense, and variance reports.
  • Support annual budget formulation and multi-year forecasting.
  • Develop financial scenarios for prospective tenants and space assignments.
  • Track tenant improvement obligations and reimbursements.
  • Support tenant billing inquiries.
  • Develop reconciliation procedures and internal controls.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of real estate, accounting, budget, or financial-analysis experience.
  • Experience with rent, occupancy costs, amortization, revenue forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong Excel and financial-modeling skills. Preferred
  • Federal financial management.
  • GSA occupancy/rent experience.
  • Commercial real estate finance.
  • Tenant improvement financial analysis.
