Experiential Producer: Demos, Booths & Installations

OpenAI is hiring an Experiential Producer to bring OpenAI's latest technology to life through booths, demos, and installations worldwide. Based in San Francisco, you’ll collaborate with Product, Marketing, and creative teams to translate concepts into production briefs, budgets, and on-site delivery. You’ll manage agencies and vendors, lead multiple projects, and ensure quality, safety, and brand standards while keeping deadlines and budgets in check.
