Event Producer

ABOUT THE ROLE: At VIVA Creative, live events are the heartbeat of what we do. We're seeking an experienced Event Producer to lead conferences, meetings, trade shows, product launches, award shows, and experiential activations. You'll own each program from vision through on-site delivery to final wrap, turning ideas into experiences that move people. It's a hands-on, fast-paced role with travel. WHAT YOU'D DOYou're the force that turns a big idea into a flawless, unforgettable show. Build and manage budgets and timelines. Build relationships with senior clients, venues, and vendors, and negotiate costs. Coordinate creative across our live and digital teams so A/V, staging, content, and digital serve the client's goals. Lead on-site teams and run the show calmly and professionally, with attention to every detail. Deliver post-event materials on time, to the highest standard.

WHAT YOU BRING: Five or more years leading event production. Experience producing complex conferences of 2,000 to 20,000 attendees, with exhibit halls, main stages, entertainment, presentations, breakouts, and digital components. Strong negotiation skills and fluency with large production budgets. Agency and global brand experience. Curiosity about how emerging A/V technology and AI can make the next show better than the last. Genuine passion for events.

Deeply attuned to client needs, you communicate clearly and responsively from first call to final wrap. A natural leader on site: teams line up to work your shows because they run like clockwork.
