Senior Manager, SEC Reporting & Tech Accounting Lead

Gossamer Bio is seeking a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to oversee the preparation and filing of periodic reports with the SEC, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and manage equity administration and stock-based compensation accounting. This role partners with Legal, Investor Relations, and external auditors to support accurate public company reporting. The position requires CPA and 5+ years of relevant accounting experience in a public biotech/pharma or public accounting
