We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our leadership team. This hands-on role will partner closely with ownership and department leaders to provide financial insight, drive profitability, and support the continued growth of our company.
What You’ll Do:
· Serve as a trusted financial advisor to ownership and leadership.· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.· Oversee accounting operations and monthly financial reporting.· Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital investments.· Develop KPIs and dashboards that help drive business performance.· Analyze profitability and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.· Support payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial controls.· Build strong processes and provide leadership within the finance function.
What We’re Looking For:
· 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting leadership experience.· Previous experience as a Controller, Director of Finance, or similar leadership role.· Experience in service, construction, or home services industries preferred.· Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.· Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, Net Suite, Sage, or similar platforms.· A hands-on leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and partnering with operations.
