Aviation Landside Civil PM — Senior Project Leader

Garver is seeking an Aviation Senior Site Civil Project Manager to lead landside aviation projects nationwide from Frisco, TX. You will oversee design teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and regulators to deliver complete construction documents and viable solutions. The role requires a PE license, ABET-accredited civil engineering degree, and 10+ years in site civil design, permitting, and project management, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Travel ~10% may be required.
