To support a dedicated team in delivering quality healthcare, the full-time Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst will interpret financial data, develop reporting for analysis and forecasting, and collaborate with revenue cycle teams, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Interpret revenue cycle and financial data, maintaining databases and running routine reports
Develop financial and statistical reporting to analyze and track revenue cycle operations
Provide value-added reports and analyses to support business decision-making and improve cost-effectiveness
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
3+ years of recent work experience in Revenue Cycle Operations with an understanding of healthcare analytics
Excellent Excel skills for financial modeling and forecasting
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Visio, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with business intelligence visualization tools preferred
