RN - ICU

General Duties: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, addressing physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs. Review patient history and conduct physical evaluations while collaborating with patients and their families. Analyze diagnostic data and laboratory results, promptly reporting any abnormalities to the medical team. Formulate and implement individualized care plans based on assessment data, patient needs, and medical directives. Set realistic and measurable goals for patient care in partnership with patients and their families, considering various factors including age, culture, and psychosocial aspects. Coordinate care planning with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic support for patients.

Requirements: A minimum of one year of professional nursing experience is required. Current and valid nursing license is essential. Willingness to work three weekend shifts per schedule period. Ability to float to other functional areas as needed.

Additional Information: This position requires working three 12-hour night shifts per week. On-call and holiday shifts may be required based on departmental needs.
