Director, Tax Pursuits & Growth Strategy

EisnerAmper seeks a Director, Tax Pursuits Lead to own the pursuit process for our tax practice, from opportunities to large, complex RFP responses. You will drive growth by leading high-value pursuits and coordinating with Tax leadership and executives to deliver compelling client stories. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, Tax, you will influence strategy, coach teams, and manage multiple deadlines under pressure while maintaining the firm’s standards of excellence and collaboration.
