Senior Legal & Contracts Director — Strategic Negotiation & Risk

i2G Systems is seeking a Director of Legal and Contracts to oversee contract review and negotiation across customers, subcontractors, vendors, and manufacturers. The role provides practical counsel on commercial, employment, compliance, and risk matters to enable fast, informed decision-making. This senior position partners with Finance on insurance, bonds, and claims, and supervises outside counsel. A JD and multi-state bar admission are required, with 8+ years in legal roles including in-house
