Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTAActive State License is Required to Start the AssignmentBLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCMust have outpatient experience.
First-time travelers will not be considered.
New graduates will not be considered.
Assignment Details:
- Float to other clinics as needed.
- Patient population includes outpatient orthopedics.
- Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week.
- Expected patient volume is 12-14 patients per day.
- Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.
- Overtime must be approved by the director before any overtime hours are worked.

Location Highlights:
Logan, Utah offers access to both outdoor recreation and a walkable downtown setting. Logan Canyon is about 10 miles east of downtown and provides routes to hiking, climbing, and scenic drives, while Beaver Mountain Ski Area is roughly 27 miles away for winter recreation. Utah State University is located in Logan and helps anchor the city’s arts and athletics scene, and the American West Heritage Center sits just west of town with seasonal events and regional history exhibits. For weekend exploration, Bear Lake is about 40 miles northeast and Salt Lake City is roughly 80 miles south, giving travelers access to both waterfront activities and a major metro area.
