Remote Bank Regulatory Reporting Lead

Sezzle is seeking a Regulatory Financial Reporting Manager to own bank regulatory filings and build out the regulatory reporting function as we scale banking operations. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to drive accurate reporting and strong controls. The role requires deep FFIEC knowledge, GAAP bridging skills, and experience with regulatory reporting platforms, with a focus on accuracy and examiner readiness.
