TAG AND TITLE CLERK

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Tag and Title Clerk to join our dynamic Public Tag Agency. In this vital role, you will manage the processing of vehicle titles and registration paperwork, ensuring compliance with state OMV policies and procedures. Your expertise will support Tag Agency operations by accurately handling title transfers and registration documentation, and scanning documents into the OMV system. Responsibilities: Review documentation provided to ensure all necessary documentation has been presented Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork in accordance with OMV policies and procedures Provide exceptional customer service by explaining title and registration procedures clearly and professionally, both in person and by phone Skills Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for managing multiple transactions simultaneously Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry and reporting tasks Experience with automotive sales paperwork processing, including titles and registrations Notary Commission is a plus Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele effectively Ability to navigate OMV policies and procedures confidently while ensuring compliance at all times Join us in a role that combines precision with customer engagement!
