FRP Lab Engineer: Process & Lab Testing Lead

Regal Marine Industries, Inc. is seeking a motivated FRP Lab Engineer to join our Orlando team. This role focuses on process audits, overseeing lab testing functions, and participating in process development for our marine FRP builds. The position requires hands-on skills with lamination, infusion, and testing, plus daily data collection and environmental reporting duties.
