Position Highlights:
- Manage acute inpatient hospitalizations involving a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions
- Provide admissions, consultations, daily rounding, and discharges
- Treat conditions including GI bleeding, GERD, peptic ulcer disease, GI cancers, Crohn's disease, IBS, and esophageal and variceal bleeding
- Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studies and perform procedures consistent with clinical privileges
- Provide patient counseling, education, informed consent, and preparation for inpatient GI procedures
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team focused on quality care and patient satisfaction
- Monday–Friday schedulewith practice responsibilities spanning the hospital and ambulatory surgery centerH1b visa candidates welcome
