Key Responsibilities for the Deputy Controlling Manager: Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
Analyze financial results, cost performance, and operational trends to provide actionable recommendations
Monitor inventory, raw materials, working capital, and excess/obsolete inventory performance
Prepare and review management reporting, variance analysis, and financial presentations
Support internal controls, audit activities, and financial compliance initiatives
Act on behalf of the Controlling Manager when delegated and assist with leadership of the controlling function
Qualifications for the Deputy Controlling Manager: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in controlling, finance, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, management reporting, and cost accounting
ERP experience required; SAP or similar systems preferred
