Contemporary Worship Experience Director

UMCSC is seeking a dedicated Worship Leader to oversee the contemporary worship experience for the Sunday service. The role involves setting weekly playlists, leading/punctuating practice sessions, and guiding volunteers to deliver a cohesive worship experience aligned with church vision. The position requires leadership in worship, solid communication, and a heart for ministry within CFUMC and UMC disciplines. Collaboration with the senior pastor is essential for a unified worship strategy.
