We are seeking an Administrative Services/Mail Clerk to support printing, document digitization, mail operations, and customer service at TJAGLCS. The position requires careful handling of customer requests, attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily service deadlines.
Responsibilities: Receive reproduction and digitization requests by email and process paper originals and electronic files according to customer specifications. Duplicate documents and complete standard reproduction requests within 72 hours. Coordinate expedited requests when approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).Scan and prepare illustrations for use with text, including resizing, cropping, positioning, and reviewing completed materials for alignment, clarity, and format. Digitize and archive materials, then return completed work to the requester or distribute it according to the job instructions. Identify and report equipment problems, make adjustments permitted by the equipment user manuals, and operate office equipment needed to complete printing jobs. Meter, sort, distribute, and deliver mail daily, except on weekends and holidays. Prepare a monthly report showing mail expenses by department. Provide reception and front desk coverage as needed, up to 10 hours per week.
Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or GED.At least five years of experience in the relevant functional area and customer conflict resolution. Ability to brief or instruct large groups on matters within the functional area. Knowledge of current policies and policy changes relevant to the work, including changes within the past three years.
