Family & Youth Pastor

Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary is seeking a full-time Family Pastor to lead and oversee the ministry to families, youth, and their children. The ideal candidate will minister to youth and their parents, oversee staff in children’s ministry, and work collaboratively within the pastoral team. Qualifications include adherence to the biblical elder standards from 1 Timothy and Titus, alongside a commitment to spiritual leadership and fidelity. A calling to shepherd the hearts of families is essential.
