(IEM) in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with Hiring Managers, shape talent strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience as we scale our new plant. This on-site role starts in NE San Antonio with potential to transition to hybrid work over time, and will own end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision making to fuel company growth.
