The role: We’re looking for an Entry-Level Client Scheduling Specialist to join a growing team in Coral Gables. You’ll be speaking with people who have already expressed an interest, helping them understand the next steps, arranging appointments, and keeping communication moving smoothly. There’s no previous experience required. You’ll receive training, ongoing support, and a clear structure to help you get up to speed quickly. First-year earnings commonly range from $70,000–$85,000, with weekly pay and opportunities to develop as you gain experience.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Speak with prospective clients who have already shown interest
  • Schedule appointments and confirm upcoming conversations
  • Follow up with clients by phone and message
  • Answer straightforward questions and explain the next steps
  • Keep client information and notes accurate and organized
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth client experience
