Front Desk/Night Audit Full & Part time

Responsibilities: Greet and check-in/check-out guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Perform night audit procedures, including reconciling accounts and generating reports. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and post charges as needed. Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property during overnight hours. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with other front desk duties as assigned.

Requirements: Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to perform basic accounting and computer tasks. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed. Reliable and trustworthy with a professional appearance.
