Los Angeles Opera seeks a Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations to lead the organization’s people strategy, culture, and labor relations. The role reports to the CEO and partners with the executive team and board to drive equitable, effective HR programs within a multi-union environment. The position requires at least ten years of leadership in HR and labor relations, with strong negotiation and strategic advisory skills, and a deep commitment to the performing arts mission.
