Associate attorney - Maritime Law

Qualifications: 3-7+ years of maritime/admiralty litigation experience Active New York and New Jersey Bar admission required Experience handling maritime matters in state and federal courts Strong knowledge of the Jones Act, LHWCA, marine casualty, cargo, transportation, and commercial litigation The successful candidate may be based in NJ or NYC and will work closely with a highly regarded maritime partner in New Jersey.
