Therapy/Rehabilitation/PT Home Health

Minimum experience: 1 year; 1st timers accepted.

Patient population: Adults to geriatrics. Certifications/licenses required: BLS, GA PT License or Compact PT OK (check member state eligibility with licensingallied@aya). General skills and work setting requirements: Home health PT geriatrics, strokes, and orthopedics. Ratio/census: 7 visits; full time productivity is around 25 units. Unit systems: Home care home base (HCHB) highly preferred. Transitioning to EPIC around September 2026. If the clinician doesn't have experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB), they will be required to complete an online HCHB course prior to starting. The course is *** and must be paid by traveler upfront (margined).

Mileage: Yes paid at IRS standard rate - tracked through HCHB and eventually Epic. Scrub color: any color.

RTO: max 7 days.

Weekends: none. Floating: yes, within facility/scope of practice as needed.

Call requirements: not specified.

Holidays: if one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major holidays are listed below: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve/New Years Day. Compliance: full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. Clinical screen - candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis. Locals accepted - same rate.

Please note: number of non-billable orientation (NBO) hours is determined by contract length (ex 8hrs for 8 week assignment; 19hrs for 19 week assignment).
