Apply for this role →Distribution Regional Sales Manager – Western United States and Canada Faster is seeking a high-performing Distribution Regional Sales Manager to lead growth and expand market share across the Western United States and Canada. This is a highly visible role responsible for developing strategic distribution partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through technical and commercial leadership within the hydraulics and thermal management markets. As a key member of our North American sales team, you will serve as the trusted business advisor for our distribution partners, helping customers identify innovative solutions while executing a strategic growth plan focused on expanding Faster's presence in the marketplace.

Travel:
Approximately 50%What You'll DoDrive Revenue Growth Develop and execute a territory growth strategy that increases sales, market share, and profitability across the assigned region. Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution channel partners within the territory. Create and implement strategic account plans focused on long-term growth and customer development. Manage strategic distributor relationships and act as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts. Lead Strategic Customer Engagement Provide commercial and technical expertise to distributor sales teams, engineers, and end users. Partner with distributors to identify opportunities within OEM, contractor, and industrial markets. Deliver training initiatives that equip distributor sales and engineering teams to effectively position and sell Faster value add solutions. Build strong executive-level relationships that foster long-term partnerships and business growth. Champion New Business Opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, product management, and customer service teams to ensure successful execution. Manage pricing, quotations, contracts, forecasts, customer deliverables, and launch planning activities. Identify emerging market opportunities and customer trends to support strategic growth initiatives. Leverage Data to Drive Performance Utilize CRM and business intelligence tools to manage opportunities, forecast revenue, and measure performance. Analyze sales trends, customer activity, and market conditions to develop actionable growth plans. Maintain accurate reporting on customer activities, pipeline development, and territory performance. Qualifications:
Required Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience. Minimum 3 years of successful outside sales experience in hydraulics, fluid power, thermal management, industrial products, or related markets. Experience managing distributor relationships and driving territory growth. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the territory. Preferred Experience selling engineered or technical products. Knowledge of professional sales methodologies such as Challenger, Miller Heiman, or similar consultative selling approaches. Experience developing channel partner strategies and managing strategic distribution accounts. Background in hydraulics, fluid power, thermal management, industrial equipment, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, or OEM markets. Experience in the Fluid conveyance market is preferred Why Join Faster?
