TRDE Technical Training Instructor

Qualifications: Must currently hold an Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph to be considered Bachelor's degree, or relevant experience may be substituted18 or more years of relevant experience Experience within the IC in TRDE, including Project Management, Systems Engineering Verification and Validation and work with contracts 1 year of experience teaching or delivering to adult learners within the ICTechnical background experience preferably in the areas of Satellite Systems, RF (any modality), Comms, Emerging Technologies (AI/ML), Future Comms, Autonomous Technologies and Advanced Biotechnology Demonstrated ability to tailor communication and proven ability to facilitate small and large groups of people with diverse backgrounds Demonstrated ability to adopt new technologies for knowledge management and/or tailoring of technology to support learning needs Demonstrated ability as a self-starter, to team effectively, regularly work outside your comfort zone, and to adapt to emerging technologies and evolving requirements Familiarity with all or most of the following tools: Learning Management Systems, Collaboration Tools, MS OneNote, WordPress, Adobe Captive, Multimedia tools including the Adobe Creative suite Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment and partnering across the ICTarget salary range: $200,001 - $240,000.
