The Projects Ground-up commercial and institutional projects generally ranging from $1M–$5M, including schools, retail buildout, and office buildings throughout South Florida from mobilization through close-out.
The Role:
As Project Superintendent, you'll lead daily field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Responsibilities include:
Managing field operations, subcontractors, and crews to meet quality, schedule, budget, and safety goals Developing and maintaining project schedules (Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project)Partnering with Project Managers on drawings, submittals, and field conflict resolution Documenting daily reports, site logs, and safety meetings (Procore)Coordinating inspections, deliveries, and quality control Leading weekly OAC and subcontractor meetings Maintaining as-built drawings and punch lists
What you'll bring:
5+ years as a Superintendent with a GC, overseeing ground-up commercial/institutional projects in the $1M–$5M range Strong field coordination, subcontractor management, scheduling, and safety experience Proficiency in Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project; ability to read blueprints and specs South Florida experience preferred; bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Valid driver's license What's in it for you?
