Full Stack Engineer - AI

About the Company: Our client is a fast-growing technology company building AI-native products used by FTSE 500 businesses. The business has grown roughly 10x over the last year, while the engineering team has remained extremely lean. They're now hiring engineers who want to have a big impact on the product and take real ownership from day one. You'll be joining a small, high-output engineering team where your work won't get lost in layers of process. You'll have the opportunity to take ideas from architecture -> build -> production and see the impact directly. It's a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. They're looking for people who move quickly, take ownership and naturally go and build things.

The Role: We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on AI.You'll work across the stack from customer-facing product features to the AI agents powering them. You'll own systems through architecture, development, deployment and production, working on challenging problems around AI agents, large-scale data and reliable production systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building rather than just maintaining existing systems.
