Compensation: Top performers earn $85,000+ annually, including commissions
Schedule: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Onsite only (not a remote position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to execute growth strategies
- Track leads, sales activities, and pipeline progress
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required
- Previous experience in sales and/or marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Reliable transportation required for commuting to the Secaucus office
