Lead, Crew Population Health & Wellness

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Lead, Care Management to oversee fleet-wide population health initiatives focused on chronic disease prevention, wellness, and preventive care. The role reports to the AVP, Clinical Operations and supervises a Manila-based wellness nursing team, collaborating with shipboard and shoreside teams to ensure integrated health services. The position is based in the Miami corporate office with periodic travel (approximately 10–15%).
