Document Processor-Alpharetta, GA

Roles & Responsibilities: • Sort and prepare documents for imaging• Scan documents, verifying that they are imaged correctly• Accurately index images• Complete all work in line with production schedule and expected productivity guidelines• Complete all daily production logs• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including but not limited to cleaning your work area at the end of each shift• Data Entry – alphanumeric• Assist other departments as workloads dictate• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience: • Have knowledge of document imaging/ scanning hardware and software and experience creating electronic copies of documents• have strong computer skills with special attention to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook• Ability to read, write and speak English• Ability to sit for long periods of time• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs• Have a clean driving record to fulfill courier duties and capable of operating a cargo van• Have typing skills• Have reliable transportation (Full-time)1st shift is 6:50a - 3:20p | 2nd shift is 3:30p - 12 midnight | 3rd shift is 10:30p - 7aShift differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts\nCompany
