The ideal candidate is a person who is able to manage quality manufacturing efforts on the shop floor supporting root cause analysis, internal audits, and create continuous process improvements. They need someone who is proactive, approachable, and supportive. Job Details: Overseeing the specs and standards for the designs and manufacturing processes - aligned of compliance/legality/qualifications of client and industry Performing corrective actions and creating instruction documentation Conducting audits and root cause analysis Using company ERP system for work orders, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Procurement to resolve issues and optimize output for customer orders
Requirements:
At least 2 years in Quality support across site manufacturing operations True manufacturing industry experience - shop floor experience, ERP experience, and root cause analysis experience Self motivated and desire to growth and advance themselves AND the company together; the opposite of complacent Does this opportunity interest you?
