Helper / Apprentice Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Installer

Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (30 to 40 hours per week)

About Us: We are a premier local Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Company handling exciting residential projects throughout the Fox Valley Area. We pride ourselves on high standards, craftsmanship, and a professional work environment. We are currently looking for a motivated Helper or Apprentice Remodeling Installer/Carpenter to join our team, learn the trade, and grow with us. Choose Your Path: Helper vs. Apprentice Helper Path (No Experience Required): Start from the ground up. We provide a comprehensive 6-month to 1-year paid training period to teach you the skills needed for a career in remodeling. Apprentice Path (Experience Required): If you already have verified, previous remodeling experience, you can fast-track your onboarding and take on more advanced carpentry tasks under direct supervision.

What You Will Do: Support the Team: Assist construction personnel and take direct, daily instructions from the Lead Carpenter and Company Owner.

Build Skills: Perform basic carpentry and remodeling tasks under direct supervision. Maintain the Site: Ensure job sites are clean, organized, safe, and efficient. Learn the Trade: Actively participate in hands-on training to master kitchen and bath installation standards.

Position Requirements: Physical Capability: Ability to consistently perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds. Reliable Logistics: Must possess a valid Driver’s License, a good driving record, and a reliable vehicle for transit. Tools: Must own and bring your own essential hand tools. Professional Mindset: Neat appearance, strong communication skills, curiosity, and a deep willingness to learn. Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and understand construction documents, follow instructions carefully, and work safely. Background Check: Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
