Director of Technical Instruction & Instructor Development

Anthropic is seeking an experienced engineer-educator to build and lead a technical instruction function. You will teach engineers in live settings, mentor instructors, and establish scalable processes for training across teams. You will own the program, set readiness criteria, and certify others to teach. You will lead sessions personally, supervise a bench of instructors, and drive continuous improvement of curriculum and delivery.
