You'll work in a collaborative clinical environment that primarily focuses on: Center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapyCommunication, social, and daily living skillsNatural environment and play-based learningIn-person BCBA support and supervisionWhat You'll Be DoingProviding center-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autismImplementing treatment plans and behavior intervention strategiesMaintaining accurate documentation, data collection, and reportingTeaching life skills and supporting children's developmentParticipating in team meetings, training, and professional developmentEnsuring compliance with BACB and company standardsQualifications: RequiredFluent in EnglishHigh school diploma or equivalentWillingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) CertificationGenuine interest in working actively and playfully with young childrenReliable transportation to and from the centerPreferred but Not RequiredExperience working with childrenExperience with developmental disabilitiesCollege coursework or a degree in psychology, education, early childhood development, special education, social work, or a related fieldPhysical RequirementsSit, stand, and kneel on the floor throughout the dayLift up to 45 pounds at a timeAble to safely respond to physically demanding behaviors per protocolAbility to be attentive and focused in a busy environment
