Employee Experience Process Architect

Dow Jones is seeking a People Experience Program Manager who will refine the details behind employee experiences and partner with multiple teams to embed improvements across the People function. The role is based in Midtown Manhattan with a 3‑day office cadence and reports to the Senior Manager, People Experience. You will analyze friction, map journeys, and surface opportunities using feedback, data trends, and employee input to deliver practical, scalable improvements that enhance both
