FP&A/ERM Analyst

Description: Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a FP&A/ERM Analyst. Financial Planning & Analysis:* Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes* Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for management* Develop financial models, business cases, trend analyses, and scenario planning tools* Analyze revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and risks* Partner with department leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management* Assist in the preparation of executive leadership and board reporting materials Enterprise Risk Management:* Support the administration and maintenance of the organization's Enterprise Risk Management framework* Coordinate periodic enterprise risk assessments with departmental and executive stakeholders* Maintain organizational risk registers, mitigation plans, and risk reporting dashboards* Track key risks and monitor progress against mitigation strategies* Prepare risk reports and presentations for executive leadership and governance committees* Assist in identifying emerging strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and technology risks* Support integration of risk management considerations into planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes* Promote risk awareness and risk management best practices throughout the organization
