Grinder Technician

Job Duties: Set up, operate, and adjust spring grinding machines according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and customer specifications. Load and align springs and grinding wheels, verifying correct machine settings prior to production runs. Monitor grinding operations to maintain consistent coil length, diameter, and surface finish within specified tolerances. Inspect finished springs using precision measuring tools and gauges to verify quality and accuracy. Make real-time adjustments to machine parameters to correct deviations and optimize performance. Perform routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of grinding equipment.

Requirements: Previous experience with operating grinding machinery is preferred. Ability to read and understand blueprints.
