Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)Senior Microsoft 365 Architect — Digital Workplace & AI What you’ll do: • Own architecture standards, governance, and multiyear roadmaps for digital workplace technologies. • Lead solution design across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Purview, Entra ID, and Intune. • Guide enterprise AI adoption, including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and agentic AI solutions. • Modernize identity and endpoint environments through cloud adoption, automation, and Zero Trust principles. • Lead technical evaluations, proofs of concept, migrations, integrations, and platform consolidations. • Partner with engineering, security, risk, and business leaders, providing technical direction to teams and vendors.
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of enterprise technology experience, including 5+ years in architecture, engineering, or senior technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, cloud identity, endpoint management, collaboration, and information protection.
- Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID modernization, Conditional Access, privileged access, and passwordless authentication.
- Experience implementing and governing enterprise generative AI and agentic AI capabilities.
- Strong automation skills using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, or Azure Automation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and explain technical tradeoffs to executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a highly regulated industry, familiarity with Tanium, and advanced Microsoft, TOGAF, or CISSP certifications are preferred. This role provides technical leadership across teams and vendors without direct supervisory responsibilities. Interested in learning more?
