Key responsibilities:
Enhance and maintain customer relationships through regular engagement and strategic planning
Serve as the primary point of contact for tax-related inquiries and ensure effective communication within service delivery teams
Manage customer tax account escalations and resolve complex issues while advising on tax best practices
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience in maintenance and/or managed services, focusing on customer relationship management
Functional knowledge of human resources outsourcing with an emphasis on tax
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
Experience with internal OSV BPaaS processes and procedures is preferred
