Associate Instructor

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, plus experience working with children and youth in an educational, athletic, arts or extra-curricular settings. Candidates will have a proven track record of successfully working with youth, assisting them with developing positive coping mechanisms and positive problem-solving strategies. Patience, initiative, effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team with a diverse student population is required. Incentives may be offered to employees who obtain and maintain a CT DMV public service license once employed. Other job-related certifications required include Safety Care Training. Pre-employment background checks required.
