Club Lounge Attendant

Responsibilities: Perform all concierge duties for Club Level guests such as local recommendations and booking of limos, restaurants, activities, shopping, etc Assist the guest with any administrative duties as requested such as printing, photo copies, faxing, scanning, directions and airline boarding passes, etc Must demonstrate ability to present and explain all menu offerings and wine lists; maintain food and beverage presentation Maintain an immaculately clean and luxurious Club environment Resolve guest's issues in a pleasant, empowered and prompt manner Communicate effectively with management and other departments and assist when needed in order to exceed the guest's expectations Work to build insightful guest profiles and promote special hotel programs Be knowledgeable about The Post Oak and its services

Qualifications: Aspire to our values of being passionate, strive for excellence, remain relevant, collaborate and act with honor and integrity Hospitality or related degree/certification preferred 3 years of concierge or hospitality experience preferred Strong attention to detail Previous hotel experience, luxury or Forbes experience preferred Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required
