Civil Portfolio Discipline Leader – Water & Wastewater

Brown and Caldwell seeks two Senior Civil Engineers to lead high-performing teams delivering water, wastewater, and remediation solutions across North America. The Civil Portfolio Discipline Leaders (PDL) will guide multi-office staff, manage workload, and mentor engineers while ensuring design quality and timely project delivery. Leaders will represent the civil discipline within delivery teams, coordinate with PMs and DMs, and support sales with technical input and design standards.
