Medical Scribe: EHR Data Entry & Charting Pro

Physician Partners of America is seeking a Medical Scribe to provide accurate documentation for patient charts under physician direction. You will enter data into the electronic record, transcribe histories and exams, schedule appointments, and support the clinical team to improve efficiency across Florida and Texas clinics. Strong English communication and basic MS Office/EHR skills are required; a high school diploma and relevant certification preferred.
