Strategic Labor Relations Director

Clean Harbors is seeking a Director, Labor Relations to oversee all labor relations activities, including collective bargaining, contract administration and policy development. The role involves negotiation, training and collaboration with HR and legal teams to address labor-related challenges and ensure a fair workplace. The ideal candidate brings extensive labor relations and employment law experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%+ as required.
