Indirect Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes. Conduct spend analysis, supplier market research, benchmarking, and cost modeling. Support category strategy development through market intelligence and supplier insights. Manage supplier evaluations, bid analysis, negotiations, and award recommendations. Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide sourcing guidance. Coordinate contract workflows with Legal, Risk, Security, and other internal teams. Maintain supplier, contract, and procurement records while tracking renewals and key milestones. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or a related commercial function. Experience with indirect categories inlcuding professional services, corporate services, or HR services Experience managing competitive sourcing events and supplier negotiations. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including spend analysis and cost modeling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with commercial contracts and cross-functional collaboration with legal teams. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience: Indirect services sourcing experience, including categories such as professional services, consulting, HR services, or facilities. Exposure to procurement and contract management platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Omnea, or similar tools. Experience working within global or matrixed organizations.
